The person should be able to source the personal professional development program and make application to enrol in the program, prepare his program requirement and participate in program development activities. The competency is to prepare oneself for future leadership / supervisory role and equip with latest Company / Department needs as well as industry needs. Upon completion of this competency unit trainees will be able to: - Assess personal professional development requirements - Plan personal professional development programme - Prepare personal professional development activities requirement - Participate personal professional development programme. |
