Penerangan CUFood & Beverage activities execution is to provide excellent services in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Halal requirements, Environmental Quality Act, Department of Safety & Health (DOSH) and Local Authority Act. The personnel who are competent in Food & Beverage activities execution shall be able to carry out/ coordinate daily meals serving to meet required establishment standard.

• Carry out/ coordinate daily meals serving
• Check Food and Beverage activities execution effectiveness
• Produce Food & Beverage activities coordination report
