Abattoir contingencies management is to reduce contingencies effect in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), establishment’s policy, OSHA, Emergency Response guideline, Ministry of Health guideline and Local Authority requirements. The personnel who are competent in crisis management shall be able to coordinate preventive action and implement recovery action plan. |
