| Penerangan CU | Abattoir staff performance evaluation and review is a process of examining and evaluating employee work behaviour and abattoir practices. The result of the comparison must be documented and used to provide feedback to the management and employee to show where and why improvements are needed in accordance with establishment’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), establishment’s policy and Labour Law. Improvement plan such as employee training and efficient abattoir practices need to be recommended. The personnel who are competent in performance evaluation and review shall be able to conduct and review staff performance evaluation session and recommend staff performance achievement and improvement. |
