| Penerangan CU | Tunnelling site preparation is the infrastructure upon which the project is constructed. These activities typically include site clearing and grubbing, rough grading of drainage swells, installation of construction roadways and development of erosion control measures. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to coordinate site preparation tools, equipment and material, carry out pegging and setting work, perform surface site preparation, carry out services relocation and set up support utilities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the site is prepared and qualified for any and all construction works in accordance to Tunnel Construction Plan (TCP). |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to ensure the site is prepared and qualified for any and all construction works in accordance to Tunnel Construction Plan (TCP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: - • Coordinate site preparation tools, equipment, material and machinery. • Carry out pegging and setting work. • Perform surface site preparation. • Carry out services relocation. • Set up support utilities. |
