| Penerangan CU | Creative & Innovative Idea Generation is the creative process of generating, developing, evaluating and communicating new ideas, where an idea is understood as a basic element of thought that can be visual, concrete or abstract. Idea screening criteria are used to determine compatibility with overall business objectives and whether the idea would offer a viable return on investment. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify types of innovation, assess types of problem, propose solutions to problem, conduct idea development, screen innovation idea and conduct idea selection. The outcome of this competency is the ability to produce problem statement by applying creativity and critical thinking in problem solving. |
