Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in Theme Park Attraction Visitors Service Management.

He or she is the person responsible to monitor and continuously improve the quality of services provided by attraction staff to park visitors.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify theme park service quality requirements, monitor theme park visitors service activities, analyze, manage crowd flow, analyze Theme Park visitors feedback and recommend Theme Park visitors service quality improvement

The outcome of this competency is to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to park visitors at all times in a courteous, efficient, safe, prompt and friendly manner in accordance to Park Procedures.
