| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Theme Park Attraction Operation Monitoring. He or she is the person responsible to develop standard operating procedures for theme park attraction operation, monitor the compliance and review the procedures from time to time. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify Theme Park operations monitoring activities, plan Theme Park operations monitoring activities, monitor compliance of attraction operation, evaluate Theme Park operations effectiveness and report Theme Park operations monitoring activities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the operations of theme park attraction follow and comply to a standard operating procedure that covers occupational health and safety, customer service and equipment/ride operations. |
