Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in water treatment plant human resources management. He or She is the person responsible for managing manpower matters for the operation of water treatment plant. The person who is competent in water treatment plant manpower development shall be able to gather human resources management information, plan water treatment plant manpower development activities, coordinate manpower recruitment, carry out employee appraisal, coordinate training programme, monitor career development programme, propose remuneration scheme, evaluate water treatment plant manpower development efficacy and present water treatment plant manpower development performance report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the water treatment plant manpower development is properly managed in compliance with company and regulatory body requirements.
