Development of NMS able to manage the network cloud in accordance with rules and regulations and International Telecommunication Standard body requirements. The personnel who are competent in the Network Management System (NMS) planning and development must be able to manage NMS installation and testing, develop NMS design and solution, develop procedure on integration system acceptance test & user acceptance test, detail planning requirement and develop NMS implementation strategy. |
