The person who is competent in outlet personnel development management shall be able to organize outlet personnel training program, prepare outlet personnel appraisal, manage outlet personnel disciplinary matters, and review outlet personnel development performance. The outcome of this competency is to carry out outlet personnel development management in order to provide guest service satisfaction in accordance with outlet requirement and company policy. |
