Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in food production quantity and quality control. He or she is the person to carry out Food production quantity and quality control at their work area. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify quality, consistencies and quantity of food production requirement, obtain quality and quantity control checklist, prepare daily food production quantity and quality control activities summary report and maintain monthly food production quantity and quality control activities document in accordance with the establishment requirement and company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The outcome of this competency is to ensure food produced meet the requirement in accordance with food standard set by the establishment and to provide food for guest satisfaction. |
