| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the competency in nursery field operation administration. He or she is responsible to administrate field operation including filing & records, regulatory requirements and compliance and also to prepare filed operation records. The person who is competent in nursery operation supervision shall be able to identify nursery field operation requirements, prepare workers payroll requisition, maintain nursery operation filing system, carry out inventory control activities, prepare budget input data ,implement health, safety & security requirements compliance, coordinate workers application for work permit ,prepare nursery field operation report in compliance with company policy The outcome of this competency is to guarantee smooth operation of nursery according to organisation’s procedure. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out nursery operation activities to ensure production of oil palm seedling produce according to regulatory bodies and company’s SOP.
