| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the competency in main nursery operation. He or she is responsible to handle various main nursery operation consists of planting medium activity, seedling planting and maintenance, fertilization, culling and recording. The person who is competent in pre-nursery operation shall be able to prepare main nursery requirement, perform main nursery transplanting, perform main nursery manuring, perform main nursery culling and census, perform main nursery culling and census, perform main nursery weeding , record main nursery activity operation work completion according to company policy. The outcome of this competency is to obtain the production of seedling in main nursery stage is according to production target and accepted quality. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to carry out main nursery operation activities to ensure production of oil palm seedling produce according to time frame according to regulatory bodies and company’s SOP.
