The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to obtain contract and cost documentation, review contract and cost project requirements, analyze related project activities, check project progress, monitor contract and cost project outcome and produce contract and cost management report. The outcome of this CU is to control project expenditure by analysing all elements in contract terms and condition. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to review shipbuilding contract term for approval by the owner’s representative which will form an integral part of the contract between the two parties and thus have legal status. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will able to:- Assess & review contract documentation Evaluate & monitor project progress on contract and cost Produce contract and cost management report. |
