| Penerangan CU | Quality Management can be considered to have four main components: quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Quality management is focused not only on product/service quality, but also the means to achieve it. Quality management therefore uses quality assurance and control of processes as well as products to achieve more consistent quality. Hence, Ship Hull Construction Quality Management follows the accepted convention on process and procedures of construction work. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan quality management activities, implement quality management system, and review quality management implementation The outcome of this competency is to ensure the construction of ship hull is at the highest standards of quality, whilst complying with shipyard standard, owner requirement, statutory & regulatory and classification requirement |
