He or she is responsible to carry out direct/retail sales activity focusing on individuals or retails customer. The person who is competent shall be able to identify sales requirement, prepare marketing collateral, carry out direct sales, carry out retails sales, carry out Tele-sales, carry out online sales, carry out performance review and prepare sales report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the company product is sold by applying various sales methods to meet determined sales KPI so that company sustainability ensured.
