| Penerangan CU | Marine mechanical operation safety and security administration is primarily, to establish and monitor compliances with legislative requirements and measures to international & local law and regulation, security & protection of marine environment, ensuring compliances with pollution prevention requirement. In addition, the scope of work also includes the prevention & control of fire and emergency, and medical care of person onboard the ship. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify marine mechanical operation safety and security legislative requirements, plan mechanical operation safety and security requirements, implement marine mechanical operation safety and security measures, evaluate mechanical operation safety and security effectiveness in accordance with organization requirements, procedures and recognized by international standard. The outcome of this competency is to improve in emergency response services during critical situations, including the prevention & control of fire and emergency, prevention of marine pollution and medical care of person onboard the ship. |
