The CU title describes the competency in Pre-Production Operation. The person who perform this task do check and feedback the production requirement beforehand. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify pre-production requirement, determine machine and mould to be use and ensure material availability. The outcome of this competency is to ensure the machine, material, mould and related auxiliary equipment availability before the next process in order to reduce waiting time if the items are not place. |
