| Penerangan CU | Parts Assembly is the process of assembling the parts (usually interchangeable parts) are added as the semi-finished different product (plastic or metal) where the parts are added in sequence until the final customer product is produced. The CU title describes the competency in Parts Assembly Process. The person who perform this task do a process to assemble the finished parts involving selection of assembly tools, machines, jigs and fixtures. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify parts assembly requirements, determine parts assembly process activities, and carry out assembly process and record parts assembly activities. The outcome of this competency is to assemble the finished parts according to assembly drawing and specification as per Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |
