Penerangan CUThe CU Title is to describe F&B Administration Management. He or she is the person to perform F&B administration management. The person who is competent in F&B administration management shall be able to manage F&B departmental briefing and meeting, monitor F&B training program, enforce F&B internal and external communication procedure, establish F&B personnel recruitments process and analyse F&B administration management report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure F&B Administration Management in accordance with company policy and procedure

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer food & beverage administration management and execute F&B administration management report in accordance with company policy and rules regulation.
Upon completion of this competency unit, trainee will be able to:-
Manage F&B departmental briefing and meeting.
Monitor F&B training program.
Enforce F&B internal & external communication procedure.
Establish F&B personnel recruitments process.
