Penerangan CUThe CU title is to describe F&B health safety and security management. He or she will be able to enforce F&B health, safety and security management. The person who is competent in F&B health, safety and security management shall be able to enforce health, safety and security policy, establish preventive action for F&B health, safety and security management, analyse health, safety and security management report. The outcome of this competency is to comply with local authority enforcement so that guest satisfaction, safety, staff welfare and company achievement adhered in accordance with establishment requirement, company policy and procedure.

Objektif PembelajaranThe person who is competent in this CU shall be able to provide profesional Food and Beverage health, safety and security management to comply with local authority enforcement to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, staff welfare and company achievement adhered in accordance with company policy and rules regulation.
